打滑是自動(dòng)變速箱中非常常見(jiàn)的故障之一。典型表現(xiàn)為:起步時(shí)踩下油門(mén),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速迅速升高但車(chē)速提升緩慢;行駛中加速時(shí),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速升高但車(chē)速?zèng)]有相應(yīng)提高;平路行駛基本正常,但上坡無(wú)力且發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速異常高。
Slip is one of the most common faults in automatic transmissions. Typical manifestations include: stepping on the accelerator when starting, the engine speed rapidly increases but the vehicle speed increases slowly; When accelerating while driving, the engine speed increases but the vehicle speed does not increase accordingly; Driving on level roads is generally normal, but uphill driving is weak and the engine speed is abnormally high.
打滑的原因多種多樣:變速箱油面過(guò)低或過(guò)高;離合器或制動(dòng)器摩擦片磨損過(guò)甚或燒焦;油泵磨損或主油路泄漏導(dǎo)致油壓過(guò)低;密封圈損壞導(dǎo)致漏油。

There are various reasons for slipping: the transmission oil level is too low or too high; The friction plates of the clutch or brake are worn or even burnt; Oil pump wear or main oil circuit leakage leading to low oil pressure; Damaged sealing ring leads to oil leakage.
診斷打滑故障有一套規(guī)范的流程。第一步檢查變速箱油的油面高度——油面過(guò)低或過(guò)高都可能導(dǎo)致打滑。第二步檢查油品品質(zhì)——如果油液呈棕黑色或有燒焦味,說(shuō)明離合器或制動(dòng)器摩擦片已經(jīng)燒焦。第三步進(jìn)行路試,將換擋手柄撥入不同位置行駛。如果升至某一擋位時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速突然升高而車(chē)速?zèng)]有相應(yīng)提高,即說(shuō)明該擋位有打滑。打滑時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速越容易升高,說(shuō)明打滑越嚴(yán)重。
There is a standardized process for diagnosing slip faults. The first step is to check the oil level of the gearbox - low or high oil levels can cause slipping. The second step is to check the quality of the oil - if the oil is brownish black or has a burning smell, it indicates that the clutch or brake friction plates have been burnt. The third step is to conduct a road test by shifting the gear lever to different positions and driving. If the engine speed suddenly increases when shifting to a certain gear without a corresponding increase in vehicle speed, it indicates that the gear is slipping. The easier it is for the engine speed to increase during slippage, the more severe the slippage.
根據(jù)打滑出現(xiàn)的規(guī)律,還可以判斷具體是哪個(gè)執(zhí)行元件出了問(wèn)題。所有前進(jìn)擋都打滑,多為前進(jìn)離合器打滑;只在3擋打滑,多為倒擋及高擋離合器打滑;倒擋和高擋都打滑,也多為倒擋及高擋離合器打滑。
