With the development of automotive technology, the types of automatic transmissions are becoming increasingly diverse, mainly including traditional AT (hydraulic automatic transmission), CVT (continuously variable transmission), and DCT (dual clutch transmission). Their internal structures are completely different, so the focus and common faults during maintenance are also vastly different.
對于AT變速箱,其核心在于復雜的液壓控制系統(tǒng)和行星齒輪組。維修時,液壓閥體的清洗與修復、電磁閥的測試以及液力變矩器的鎖止離合器檢查是重中之重。閥體內(nèi)部的滑閥如果因雜質(zhì)卡滯,會直接導致?lián)Q擋沖擊或延遲。

For AT gearbox, its core lies in the complex hydraulic control system and planetary gear set. During maintenance, cleaning and repairing the hydraulic valve body, testing the solenoid valve, and inspecting the lock up clutch of the hydraulic torque converter are of utmost importance. If the spool valve inside the valve body is stuck due to impurities, it will directly cause shifting shock or delay.
對于CVT變速箱,其依靠鋼帶或鏈條與錐輪之間的摩擦力來傳遞動力。這類變速箱對駕駛習慣出彩為敏感,出彩度害怕暴力駕駛和承受大扭矩。維修時,核心在于檢查壓力缸的磨損情況、鋼帶的拉伸與磨損程度,以及油泵的供油壓力。一旦鋼帶打滑產(chǎn)生大量鐵屑,往往需要更換整套傳動組件。
For CVT gearbox, it relies on the friction between the steel strip or chain and the bevel wheel to transmit power. This type of gearbox is extremely sensitive to driving habits, and is extremely afraid of violent driving and high torque. When repairing, the focus is on checking the wear of the pressure cylinder, the tension and wear degree of the steel strip, and the oil supply pressure of the oil pump. Once the steel strip slips and produces a large amount of iron filings, it is often necessary to replace the entire transmission component.
對于DCT雙離合變速箱,其結(jié)構(gòu)更接近于兩套手動變速箱的結(jié)合。由于離合器片直接暴露或浸泡在油液中,頻繁換擋帶來的高溫是其主要殺手。維修時,雙離合器模塊的磨損更換、機電控制單元(閥體)的故障排查是高頻項目。非常是干式雙離合,其散熱問題更為突出,維修時需非常注意離合器片的燒蝕情況。因此,選擇具備針對特定變速箱專修能力的機構(gòu),是保障維修質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。
For DCT dual clutch transmission, its structure is closer to the combination of two sets of manual transmissions. Due to the direct exposure or immersion of clutch plates in oil, the high temperature caused by frequent gear shifts is their main killer. During maintenance, the replacement of worn dual clutch modules and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical control units (valve bodies) are high-frequency tasks. Especially for dry dual clutch, the heat dissipation problem is more prominent, and special attention should be paid to the burning of the clutch plates during maintenance. Therefore, choosing an organization with specialized repair capabilities for specific transmissions is the key to ensuring the quality of maintenance.
