低速行駛抖動頓挫幾乎成為雙離合變速箱的代名詞,不論是自主、合資還是進(jìn)口品牌,均難逃此厄運(yùn)。除此以外,部分品牌車型的手動、AT及CVT變速箱也出現(xiàn)同類問題,尤其是以節(jié)油、平順著稱的CVT變速箱也出現(xiàn)了大量相關(guān)投訴,令人較為意外。

一、雙離合變速箱穩(wěn)定性成話題

雙離合變速箱有其自身技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,但穩(wěn)定性和可靠性存在一定短板,據(jù)車質(zhì)網(wǎng)投訴數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在抖動頓挫問題中雙離合變速箱投訴量非常大,且涉及品牌車型非常多。雖然從理論上講,雙離合器變速箱會在換擋響應(yīng)速度、油耗經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面具備一定優(yōu)勢,但干式雙離合并不帶有單獨(dú)的冷卻系統(tǒng),僅靠風(fēng)冷及變速箱油的熱導(dǎo)進(jìn)行散熱,在市區(qū)堵車情況下,離合器長期半聯(lián)動磨損且容易導(dǎo)致溫度升高。此時(shí),雙離合機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)電控制單元及電器元部件難以承受長期的高溫考驗(yàn),可能造成系統(tǒng)壽命的縮減、加速變速箱損壞。據(jù)悉,大眾已意識到干式雙離合產(chǎn)品中存在的問題,并生產(chǎn)出7速濕式雙離合變速箱予以替代,對此自主及美系品牌也應(yīng)加快解決產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性差的步伐。

At this point, the dual clutch mechanism, electromechanical control unit, and electrical components are unable to withstand long-term high temperature tests, which may result in reduced system lifespan and damage to the acceleration gearbox. It is reported that Volkswagen has realized the problems in dry dual clutch products and has produced a 7-speed wet dual clutch transmission to replace them. Both domestic and American brands should accelerate their efforts to solve the problem of poor product stability.

二、手動變速箱也不排除故障可能

手動變速箱在使用過程中出現(xiàn)抖動頓挫現(xiàn)象,很多車主第一反應(yīng)都是駕駛習(xí)慣問題,但在部分品牌車型出現(xiàn)投訴相對集中的情況,卻難以用個(gè)案來解釋。從故障現(xiàn)象來看,手動變速箱出現(xiàn)抖動頓挫一般是在換擋間隙,尤其是在二、三擋間切換時(shí)車輛頓挫感較為嚴(yán)重,但4S店給出的“正?,F(xiàn)象”答復(fù),卻很難服眾。實(shí)際上,手動變速箱出現(xiàn)抖動頓挫問題,也與離合器及變速箱輸入軸、同步器等相關(guān)部件的配合有一定關(guān)系。如果出現(xiàn)曠量或安裝位置發(fā)生偏移,將會出現(xiàn)上述問題。除此以外,發(fā)動機(jī)行車電腦ECU也是出現(xiàn)頓挫感的罪魁禍?zhǔn)?,個(gè)別廠家已對此進(jìn)行改進(jìn),更換新ECU后頓挫問題已得到解決。綜上所述,當(dāng)手動變速箱出現(xiàn)換擋抖動頓挫問題后車主不要掉以輕心,及時(shí)到4S店排查故障原因。

三、CVT變速箱也受頓挫困擾

一提到CVT變速箱,不少人的印象可能就是其出眾的節(jié)油性和平順性,但從接到的投訴來看,變速箱抖動頓挫問題投訴中也不乏CVT的身影。其中,日產(chǎn)品牌所使用的CVT變速箱可謂命運(yùn)多舛,冬季升擋慢的問題還未絕跡,如今抖動頓挫問題的出現(xiàn)又波及多款車型,而且從故障現(xiàn)象看其中有共通之處。其主要表現(xiàn)為:30-50km/h升擋時(shí)有明顯拖曳感和頓挫感;在停車減速到15-18km/h時(shí)速時(shí),會出現(xiàn)兩次較為明顯的頓挫感,隨后出現(xiàn)竄車。據(jù)了解,日產(chǎn)所使用的這款CVT變速箱帶有一套行星齒輪組,而出現(xiàn)頓挫感是否與其結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),目前廠家及4S店并未給出明確說明。
